Annual Gala Planning
Considered the premiere event of the year, the evening is hosted by the BWCC Foundation and managed by the BWCC. An evening of fine food, a silent auction and entertainment and accolades to the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber Foundation Honoree. This event helps raise money for high school student scholarships and other educational programs.

Business Dialogue Group (BDG)
Do you wish that you had a Board of Directors to offer you guidance in your business? If so, this group is for you. The BDG is composed of BWCC members who confidentially seek assistance from other BWCC members in the form of guidance, review and comment on their business ideas and strategies. Groups are typically composed of 6-10 members, including only one member per profession.

Golf Tournament
For more than thirty years the BWCC has hosted the BWCC/Dottie’s Trophies Golf Tourney. Join this group as it undertakes the planning and programming for this always "sold-out" event. Hole signs, "goodie-bags" and logistics are just some of the fun things members will work on.

Public Affairs Group (PAG)
This group develops and maintains relationships with elected officials at the local, state and federal level while working in cooperation with the Maryland and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. It analyzes proposed legislation and informs BWCC members and selected media through correspondence, articles and guest editorials in addition to sponsoring programs on topics facing the region. It also monitors environmental legislation and regulations on a local and state level, reviews and publicizes innovative environmental practices and services, promotes prudent environmental practices for business and recognizes businesses for environmental excellence.

Government Contracting Council (GovCon Council)
BWCC Government Contracting Council (BWCC GovCon) assists members who are interested in doing business with government agencies -- federal, state, and local -- by providing information, education, and networking opportunities related to government contracting. Activities include:
-Annual Government Procurement Fair (17th annual event to be held October 22, 2008)
-Breakfast and lunch seminars with networking opportunities
-Roundtable meetings to discuss a variety of contracting issues and opportunities
